Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, contact must be made through the shop’s contact form or provided email address.

As each item is crafted by hand, customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchasing. If there are any questions before placing an order, feel free to get in touch for guidance. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect from Junbi.
